“The educational system of our country is limited mostly to theoretical knowledge rather than Practical ability”. This is the main reason for the students for not getting employed even after graduating with impressive grades.

There aren’t much changes made in the curriculum so far. But, the improvements that are included such as, The credits are altered from 220 to 160 and declared 14 of them for summer internships in order to make students get involved in the organisational functionalities during the time of graduating itself.

Practical abilities are being prioritised rather than theoretical education. Introducing of educating students on latest technologies that are being used in corporate organisations to make students aware of working knowledge.

Training students towards other aspects which are necessary at corporate level such as communication and decision making skills are also being included.

All these changes have been made in the curriculum of engineering for every three years based on improvement of technology, employment opportunities and requirements of employers from the employees .
